Request data deletion
You can ask us to delete the personal data exceed stores about you. Sign in with Discord so we can confirm the account is yours. Your data is deleted 30 days after you request it, and you can cancel any time during that window. We DM you on Discord when it is done.
Good to know
- A server's data is also deleted automatically when exceed is removed from it.
Verify your account
Sign in with Discord so we know the request is really coming from you. We only use it to confirm your account and to DM you when the deletion is complete.
We delete your personal records, such as levels and XP, invites, saved roles, reminders, linked accounts, and stored profile data across all servers. Moderation records (cases, bans, reports) and financial records may be kept where we have a legal obligation or a legitimate safety interest, as described in our privacy policy.
