Terms of Service
Last updated: June 25, 2026
These terms govern your use of the exceed bot and dashboard.
Acceptance of terms
By adding exceed (“the bot”, “the service”) to a Discord server or by using its web dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of the service
exceed is a Discord bot and web dashboard that provides moderation, engagement, voice and music, utility, ticketing, and AI-powered features. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time.
Eligibility
You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and meet Discord’s minimum age requirement. You are responsible for having the necessary permissions to add the bot to a server and to configure it.
Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- use the service to violate any law or Discord’s terms;
- abuse, harass, defraud, or harm other users;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure;
- use the service to distribute malware, spam, or content you do not have the right to share.
Premium and licensing
Certain features may require an active license. Licenses are granted per server and may be time-limited. The availability of premium features may change. Where a fee applies, it is described at the point of purchase.
Availability and warranty
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, exceed and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service for any server or user, at any time, including for violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time by removing the bot from your server.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
