Getting Started

Introduction

exceed is one bot for your whole Discord server — moderation, tickets, music, leveling, custom commands and a live dashboard.

What exceed is

exceed is a single Discord bot that replaces a stack of single-purpose bots. Moderation, anti-raid security, tickets, music, leveling, social feeds, custom commands and more all live in one place, configured from one live dashboard.

Most features ship off by default so your server stays quiet until you decide what to turn on. You enable and tune everything per-server on the dashboard — no config files, no restarts.

How the docs are organized

  • Getting Started walks you from inviting the bot to your first configured feature.
  • Each feature area (Moderation, Engagement, Security, Utility and more) has its own section in the left sidebar.
  • The Commands reference is generated live from the bot's real command catalog — search it by name, alias or category.
  • The Custom Commands guide covers the full scripting API.

Tip: Use the search box at the top of any docs page to jump straight to a feature or command. Press / to focus it from anywhere.

Conventions

Throughout these docs we show commands with the default prefix , — for example ,help or ,ban @user. Your server can change its prefix on the dashboard's General page, in which case substitute your own prefix.

When a feature needs to be enabled, we name the exact dashboard page to visit, so you always know where to go next.
