Birthdays
Let members register their birthday and celebrate them with an announcement and a temporary role.
Birthdays let members register their birthday so the server can celebrate them. On the day, exceed announces it in a channel and gives the member a temporary celebrate role, then removes it afterward.
Commands
Aliases: ,bday, ,bd. The set, view, and list commands are open to everyone; the rest require Manage Server.
,birthday set <date> register your birthday (03/04, March 4, or 4 March all work)
,birthday [member] view your birthday, or someone else's
,birthday list upcoming server birthdays (alias: upcoming)
,birthday channel <#channel> set the announcement channel
,birthday celebrate <role> set the temporary birthday-day role (list shows active ones)
,birthday role <role> set a persistent birthday role
,birthday lock stop members setting their own birthday
,birthday unlock allow members to set their own birthday
,birthday config show the current settings (alias: settings)

Note: birthday dates are handled in UTC, so the countdown and announcements roll over at UTC midnight.
